PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how the CrocoCoach app (the "App", "We") processes user information (the "User", "You") when you use the Android mobile application. We treat the privacy of your data as a top priority — our core principle is local processing of information on the user's device.

1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND PROCESS

Personal data

The App does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data (such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, media files, or messages).

App usage data

All limit settings, app usage statistics, time spent in browsers, and progress are stored exclusively on your device and never leave it.

Anonymous technical logs (Crashlytics)

To keep the App stable, we use the third-party service Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google LLC). This service automatically collects anonymized technical data at the moment of a crash or error in the App:

Device model and Android OS version.
Anonymous technical crash stack traces (crash logs).
The App's state at the moment of the crash.

This data is fully anonymous, contains no personal information, and is used solely to fix bugs and improve the App.

2. ANDROID SYSTEM PERMISSIONS AND HOW WE USE THEM

To perform its core functions (screen-time control and app blocking), CrocoCoach requests the following special permissions:

Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) — used only to determine which app is currently running and how much time the User spends in it. While the screen is on, the App checks this about once per second to show a reminder as soon as a monitored app is opened and to apply hard blocking.
Display over other apps (System Alert Window) — used exclusively to display reminders and cooldown screens (overlays) on top of the apps chosen by the User and, if the User has turned on hard blocking for an app, to return the User to the home screen when that app is opened after the daily limit is exceeded.

The App does not use the Accessibility Service API.

3. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

The only third-party service integrated into the App is:

Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — used for crash reporting. Data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. DATA STORAGE AND DELETION

Since all user information (settings, charts, limits, unlocked characters) is stored locally in your device's internal storage, you can delete all App data at any time by clearing the app's cache/data in Android settings or simply uninstalling CrocoCoach.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

CrocoCoach does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your country's law).

6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. We recommend checking this page regularly for updates.
